Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics while making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Engage with our online community through comments, direct messages, and interactions to promote a positive brand image and handle inquiries promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools and technologies, while identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic design, content creation, and SEO to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocations, audience targeting, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and campaigns, leveraging additional reach and brand credibility.
- Organize and manage contests, giveaways, and other community engagement events to drive follower growth and boost brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and tools including Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging social media content that connects with target audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in social media advertising and familiarity with budget management.
